At Lalujama Beauty, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for our valued customers. Our booking policies are designed to ensure fairness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies before making a booking.
Booking Process
To book an appointment with us, simply use the link here to view a list of our services and available times. Select your desired service, date, and time slot. Fill in your contact information & card details. Once you have paid your 50% deposit you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other customers who may be on our waiting list. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee which is the total amount of your appointment services (the remaining 50%)
We allow up to 2 transferable deposits if you reschedule 72hrs or more prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule for a 3rd time, a new deposit will need to be paid in order to confirm your appointment.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge for the entirety of the service as per your booking.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened service time. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that our subsequent bookings are not affected.
